We are seeking a Broker Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in specialty insurance with exposure to high-net-worth clients, trust structures, and professional liability risk.
What You’ll Do:
· Support brokers with the preparation of insurance submissions, proposals, and renewals
· Conduct research on clients, trust structures, and insurer appetite
· Assist with application tracking, documentation, and underwriting coordination
· Communicate with clients and underwriters under the guidance of senior brokers
· Learn key insurance concepts including D&O, E&O, and fiduciary liability
· Participate in training and development to grow into a client-facing role
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
· Strong communication, research, and organizational skills
· Detail-oriented with an interest in insurance, risk management, or financial services
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn industry-specific platforms
