Job Title: Bridge Housing Case Manager
Reports To: Program Director
Status: Contract Full Time Position
Salary: $30/hour, 40 hours/week
Position Length: August 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 with possibility of 2026 renewal.
Position Overview
The Community Investment Alliance is seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and trauma-informed Bridge Housing Case Manager to provide direct, client-centered services to individuals and families in temporary bridge housing. This position is responsible for guiding participants toward permanent housing stability while supporting progress in education, employment, and access to essential resources such as healthcare, food, and child/school supports. The Case Manager will work closely with the Lived Experience Advisory Board, utilize the Coordinated Entry system for housing placements, and maintain accurate data entry and reporting within HMIS.
