Multiple positions available for academic year 2025 – 2026.
Essential Functions
- Quantitative data entry using programs such as MS Word, Excel, and SPSS
- Analyzing and coding qualitative data in Atlas.ti
- Quality assurance checks
- Creating online surveys using Qualtrics software
- Assist with creating presentations
- Conducting literature reviews
- Other administrative tasks such as proofreading, note-taking, transcription, and making phone calls depending on program needs.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and promptly, verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail
- Aptitude for research and program evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Current DU graduate student
- Applicants are required to have a work-study award.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel, Teams
- Experience with Qualtrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with statistical software packages, such as SPSS preferred (but not required; training will be provided),
Working Environment
- This position is fully remote with communication primarily taking place via Microsoft Teams and email.
- Teams will be an essential mode of communication for this position.
Physical Activities
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period of time.
Time Commitment
- Hours: 5 to 20 hours per week
- Our work-study positions typically consist of approximately 10 hour/week, although we strive to be flexible to accommodate the student’s academic schedule.
- Time Frame: Fall – Spring (Academic Year)
