Job description: Business Development Intern

Duckfund is a fast-growing PropTech startup specializing in Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) financing for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investors and developers. With a $100M AUM, we provide creative, collateral-free financial solutions that are transforming the way deals are secured in the industry. As part of our expanding team, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern to join us and gain hands-on experience in the PropTech/CRE tech startup space.

This internship is commission-based, offering you an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, and a chance to develop real-world sales and business development skills in a dynamic, innovative environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with potential clients in the commercial real estate and PropTech sectors.

  • Use AI-powered tools to identify and reach out to prospects, and manage client interactions via CRM systems.

  • Work alongside experienced sales professionals to refine your pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Assist in market research to identify new opportunities for Duckfund’s EMD financing solutions.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes that increase lead generation and conversion rates.
